I'm a college student from Northern Tasmania who is enthusiastic about helping people to discover and investigate new, innovative ways of learning. I have a passion for video games and enjoy dabbling in programing, illustration, graphic design and philosophy.
At High School I co-created and co-ran a Minecraft video game subject with my teacher and peers, hoping to foster a positive digital community.
Now I'm a volunteer at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery as a member of the Innovation Circle, a community space for learning, hacking and working on tech projects. I help organise and run Minecraft workshops as part of QVMAG's school holiday program.
I also assist with a similar set of workshops called Rebuild as part of an education program run by Bitlink, a local consulting and software development company.
In 2013, I spoke at TEDx Launceston on the topic of 21st Century learning. If you have a spare 10 minutes, check it out!
